School's out foreverrr
Dec. 13th, 2013 02:31 pm(It's not out forever but one month is almost forever for me so yeah.)
I'm officially on winter break~
This past semester has kicked my ass. I'm so happy to have it done and over with! I took my last two finals (math and chemistry) yesterday. My math final was a joke and I literally guessed on every single problem so I'll probably get like 50/250 (if that orz) and not be able to pass the class. All I know is if I have to take it again (more like when I have to take it again) I am taking a class with a different teacher because the teacher I had for the class I took this semester was completely incompetent. Before the final I was talking with the people in my class and like almost everyone said they're going to have to take the class again. A lot of them said they failed the first two exams and almost all of the quizzes. And I'm sorry but if a majority of your class is failing the exams and quizzes then there's a problem with your teaching. My chemistry final was alright. I don't think I did super good like I did on my midterm but I also don't think I failed it. I'll probably end up with a high B in that class (unless he grades on a curve then I might get an A!!) and so it's all good. I ended up with a B in my Roman Achievement class because I totally read the due date wrong for my 100pt post-course test and missed taking it. Ended up with an A- in psychology somehow? Idk, I calculated my grade and I know I had a B in that class but I'm assuming he grades on a curve and that's how my grade went up? Not complaining though lol.
Next semester I'm taking some hard classes: Biological Structure and Function, Organic Chemistry (actually I don't think this one is too hard since it's worth only 2 credit hours), Sociology, and The Greek Achievement. If I have to take modeling algebra again then I'm dropping the Greek Achievement since I can take my last humanities requirement any time.
For now though school is overrrrr and I plan on spending my break trying to get caught up with all the dramas and tv shows I've missed. I still haven't finished the dramas I was watching from summer season OTL.
Apparently there's going to be a bad winter weather system coming through tomorrow. There's an advisory for the whole day. I'm kind of already sick of snow and it isn't even January yet. I was hoping for a mild winter but I guess that's not going to be the case this year lol. The weather has been strange though. I mean it literally went from being like 50 degrees to 20 degrees within a few days. And there was even a tornado watch in the middle of November! Crazy stuff.
How is everyone?
